Where are you located?

Our office is located in Hong Kong, while our factory is situated in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, in the southern region of China, near Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

How can I get a customized price quote? 

We offer OEM services. To receive a price quote for a customized products, please provide the following details:

Design Requirements: Customizations such as branding (logo placement) or color 

Quantity: The number of units you plan to order

Additional Features: Any special requirements, such as packaging, or additional battery capacity

Payment

What’s your payment term?

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

For Orders Below $2,500: Full payment is required upfront.

For Orders Above $2,500: A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.

T/T is strongly recommended and other options of payments are upon request. If you have specific requirements, feel free to discuss them with us.

Why is a deposit required before production?

Our products are primarily customized to meet clients' specific needs, which involves sourcing raw materials and covering labor costs upfront. Paying a deposit ensures that both parties commit to the agreement and allows us to begin production with confidence, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Why was I asked to pay the import duty?

Import duties or tariffs are imposed by your local customs authorities and are beyond our control. These charges are based on the regulations of your country. If you have any questions or concerns about the duty, we recommend contacting your local customs office for clarification.

 Is it possible to see a sample before purchasing?

Yes, absolutely! We can provide a sample prior to bulk production to ensure the product meets your requirements and expectations. The sample also allows you to review the design, functionality, and quality before proceeding with a large order.

Production

Is there a minimum order quantity for product customization?

Yes, all customization orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ). The MOQ and pricing will depend on the type and complexity of the customization. Please share your specific requirements with us, and we will provide a detailed quote. For smaller orders, we may be able to accommodate special requests with adjusted pricing.

Will you provide proof when production is complete?

Yes, we will take photos of the final products and share them with you for approval. This is part of our quality control process, and the products will only be shipped once we receive your approval, ensuring they meet your expectations.

Can I make changes to the order during production?

Unfortunately, once production has started, changes to the order cannot be made without incurring additional charges. We recommend finalizing all the details and customizations before production begins to avoid any inconvenience.

How long does it take to manufacture customized products?

The production time varies depending on the complexity of customization but typically takes 20-30 days after design confirmation. If you have tight deadlines, please let us know in advance, and we can explore expedited production options.

Shipping

Who pays for the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. We provide shipping quotes based on your location and order size. For large orders, we may offer more competitive shipping rates. Please feel free to ask for a shipping estimate at any time.

How do you ship the products to us?

We provide international shipping services. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a waybill number, allowing you to track the shipment and monitor its progress until it reaches you.
